Privacy Policy
Effective for release v20260807_031925. Plain-language summary: we collect the minimum needed to deliver updates, review submissions and answer messages, and we do not sell or share personal data.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions use double opt-in: no email is sent to you until you confirm the link in the first email.
- Your email address is stored encrypted at rest; a one-way hash is used for lookups and deduplication.
- You can unsubscribe with one click from any delivered email.
- Preferences (topics, frequency, language) are stored only to shape digest content.
Resource submissions and corrections
- Submissions enter a review queue and are never published automatically.
- Optional contact email is encrypted at rest and used only to notify you about the review outcome.
- Submission content may be reviewed by maintainers for evidence and safety.
Analytics
- We collect anonymous events (search, filter, page and tool usage) with a strict parameter whitelist.
- Search queries are kept only when they are short plain text; anything else degrades to a length count.
- Email addresses, message bodies and form content are never written to analytics logs.

For privacy questions or data removal requests, use the contact form and include the email address involved. We do not buy or import email lists, and public vendor addresses are never added to subscription lists automatically.
